My birthday in 2011 is one I will always remember. My daughter was
born. Jennifer and I named her Gabriella. My wife makes beautiful
kids!
About a month ahead of time, knowing that I am a big fan of Sylvester Stallone, Jennifer bought me the Rocky series. Then my brother with some friends of ours bought me an autographed Sylvester Stallone photo from Rocky IV. Wow, how cool is that for a guy right?
It gets better. Late in 2010, I sent a portrait drawing to Donald
Trump in New York with a note wishing him and his family a Merry
Christmas. I thought maybe he would send a little pre-printed thank you
note. I mean, the man is busy right? (He's got a lot of people to
"fire!")
We got back from the hospital to find a package already
at our home. I opened it and was pleasantly surprised to find an
autographed photo of Donald Trump and one of his books titled, Think Like a Champion, which was also signed on the first page! The book, by the way, is in my opinion, his best one yet.
So, all in all, it was the best birthday I have ever had. It cannot be
topped. Unless, of course, when I hit 30, Donald Trump invites us to
dinner and Jennifer gives birth to twins!
