Tim J. and Jennifer Kornowski,
Kornowski Originals
Biography of Artist Tim J. Kornowski:
Tim J. Kornowski has been drawing since the age of five and painting in oils since the age of twelve. Tim enjoys, as he says, "the art of portraying life on blank canvas or paper." Tim attended Gordon School of Art for four years where he learned to paint with oils under his art mentor, John Gordon ( www.newmasters.com).
Tim spent his childhood drawing pictures of ships, sports-players, animals, and anything else that interested him. In the sixth grade, his classmates would bring sports cards to him to draw pictures of their favorite athletes for a fee of $2.50! Later on, Tim began meticulously copying from the Old Masters; such as: Velazquez, Rembrandt, Vermeer, and Michelangelo. Tim is now creating original work solely, and his main genre is fine-art portraiture. He works from client's photographs and directly from life.
Tim and his wife Jennifer both reside in Sturgeon Bay, WI, with their two lovely daughters, Gabriella and Sabella. Tim was born and raised in Green Bay, WI, and Jennifer is from Los Angeles, CA. They first met in 2001 in Door County, WI, and married in 2005. Tim and Jennifer enjoy attending their local church ( www.faithalivefellowship.org), spending time with family, walking their dog, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers!
